Booking at our hotel can be made online as well as offline. Online bookings are done through Reselvia booking and offline bookings directly by our executives. We have certain procedure and policies for booking and cancellation.

ONLINE BOOKING

For Online Booking book us through Reselvia a booking facilitation service provider by clicking through our official web site. Booking through Reselvia is very easy and convenient. All you need is credit card/debit card to make the payment. It also provide various package option as well as you can manage the number of person per room. You can also avail our various offer from time to time.

For cancellation policy of online booking please see the site of reselvia. Our cancellation policy for booking through them is mentioned on their site.

Note

  • Online booking through RESELVIA is closed 24 hours before. So watch out the dates for booking
  • FOR GROUP BOOKING PLEASE CALL / WRITE US AND BOOK OFFLINE only.

OFFLINE BOOKING

For Offline Booking please write or call us. The contact details are mentioned on Contact Us page. The reservation made offline are confirmed only when we recieve advance (min 50%) against your booking. The payment can be made through TT/cheque/DD in favour of M/s Siya Ram Bajrang Store. Contact our executives for further details regarding payment option. The reservation without payment are tentative and can be declined with room on turning up if there are no room available with us.

For cancellation of offline booking call our executives and confirm them. Cancellation fee is charged on the total billing amount and will be levied as per the following condition:

  • No cancellation fee is levied if booking is cancelled 21 days prior to the booked date.
  • 20% cancellation fee is levied on all cancellations which are made within 21 days and 3 days prior to booked date.
  • If the cancellation is made within 36 hours of booked date then the cancellation fee will be 50% of the bill amount
  • A no show will result to 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be given on no show or the same day (booked date) cancellation.

Note

  • Confirmed Offine booking has to be made 24 hours before. So watch out the dates for booking.
  • If the booking is to be made within 24 hours then the booking will come under TENTATIVE BOOKING.
